Privacy Policy

This policy explains how personal data is processed in MOTOYOL, the mobile game developed by Lucenova Studios ("we", "the game"), and on the lucenovastudios.com website. The data controller is Lucenova Studios. Questions and requests: [email protected]

1. Data that stays on your phone

The game has no accounts and no sign-in. The player name you enter, your settings (graphics, controls, sound, riding assists) and your progress (stage results, in-game currency, unlocked content) are stored only in the app's folder on your phone. This data is not sent to us or to anyone else. Uninstalling the app or clearing its data also deletes it.

2. In-app purchases

Purchases in the game are made with Google Play Billing. Your payment details (card, billing address and so on) are processed by Google under Google's own terms and privacy policy; they never reach us.

We verify through Google Play that a purchase is valid and that the item has been delivered to you. This uses purchase information provided by Google: the product purchased, the order number, the purchase time and status, and the purchase token. Your name, email address and payment details are not part of this information.

3. Ads (Google AdMob)

The game only has optional rewarded ads: an ad is shown only if you choose to watch it for a reward. Ads are served by Google AdMob; so that an ad is ready in time, AdMob may request ads before you watch one. To show and measure ads and to prevent abuse, AdMob may collect and process the following from your device:

• the Android advertising ID,
• device and app information (such as device model, operating system version, language and app version),
• approximate location derived from your IP address,
• interactions with ads (such as impressions and clicks).

This data is processed by Google under Google's privacy policy: policies.google.com/privacy. How Google uses data from partners' apps: policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.

European Economic Area, United Kingdom and Switzerland: players in these regions are asked in the game, through Google's consent form (User Messaging Platform), for consent to personalised ads and related data processing. If you do not consent, only non-personalised ads are shown. You can change your choice at any time in the privacy options in the game's settings.

You can reset or delete your advertising ID in your phone's settings (Privacy > Ads).

4. What we do not use

The game currently uses no analytics, crash reporting or user tracking tools. If we add one, we will update this policy and its effective date.

5. When you email us

When you write to us about support, press or anything else, we use your email address and what you wrote only to reply and to resolve your request. We keep the correspondence for a reasonable time after your request is resolved, in case of follow-up questions, and then delete it. Emails reach our mailbox, hosted on Google's email service, through Cloudflare's email routing service.

6. This website

lucenovastudios.com sets no cookies of its own and loads no analytics, third-party fonts or third-party scripts. The site is hosted on Cloudflare; to serve the site and protect it against attacks, Cloudflare processes connection information such as IP addresses in short-lived logs and may use a technical security cookie when needed.

7. Legal bases

• Verifying and delivering purchases: entering into and performing our contract with you.
• Non-personalised ads and preventing abuse: our legitimate interest in offering the game for free and keeping it secure.
• Personalised ads, where consent is requested: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
• Email correspondence: our legitimate interest in answering your request and, where needed, performing a contract.

8. International transfers

Google and Cloudflare may process data on servers outside Türkiye and the European Economic Area. These transfers are made with safeguards such as the standard contractual clauses these companies commit to.

9. Children

MOTOYOL is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If we learn that such data has been processed, we will take steps to delete it; you can tell us at [email protected].

10. Your rights

Under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the UK GDPR and Türkiye's Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK), you have the right to:

• find out whether your personal data is processed and, if so, request information about it,
• access your data and get a copy,
• have inaccurate or incomplete data corrected,
• have your data deleted or its processing restricted,
• object to processing and request data portability,
• withdraw consent you have given,
• lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority: the data protection authority of your country, or the Personal Data Protection Board in Türkiye.

Data that stays on your phone is not held by us, so you can delete it yourself by uninstalling the app. For ad data, you can use the tools Google provides and the advertising ID settings above. 11. Security

We process personal data only for the purposes above and only as much as needed. Connections to the site are encrypted (HTTPS). No method is completely secure; if you notice a security issue, please write to us.

12. Changes

When we change this policy, we update the effective date on this page. We also announce significant changes in the game or on the Google Play page.
